Jan Hamilton in Maine suggested that we consider combining a Project Linus Blanket Day with a tea. By getting volunteers to come to make blankets and offering them a real tea experience you can combine the charity event with using your lovely teacups. Becky McDonald of Abilene, Texas suggested a high tea, and asking a bakery to make carrot cake muffins with a little carrot decoration on the top, blueberry muffins, or perhaps cucumber sandwiches.
